“Especially since my husband and I come from very different families of origin when it comes to food, creating a unified front and ensuring we're on the same page - at least in theory, although not always in practice - was important for us, and I'm excited to see where these ideas take us as our family continues to grow, both in age and (God-willing) in number.”

I know a still-discerning couple who are exactly this, so I appreciate your sharing your advice for this situation! I look forward to reading more of your articles!

Love it! We knew going into marriage that it would be an area of growth and sacrifice for both of us, but I don’t think either of us anticipated quite how it would play out. Especially now with two littles, I’m really trying to stretch myself to cook (and cheerfully eat!) a wider range of produce and food in general. Learning about and cooking food that’s in season has made that a little easier!

Wow. Definitely needed this. Haven't quite gotten the hang of meal planning yet (even for myself!) and it's frustrating. So you've added some great insights here. Thank you!

Thanks Scoot! Glad you found something helpful :) I’m hoping to keep exploring seasonal eating, as it’s a particular interest of mine, but are there any other topics you’d like to hear more about?

If it's about being a well functioning human and trying to be a good Catholic at the same time, that's what I need so that's what I'll read! Don't have deeply specific thoughts, in other words--but you seem to be on the right track!
